| After
a period of ten years the Melville brothers, Lee and Owen,
return to their uncle’s lakeside cabin to get away and
fish. Their weekend plans for relaxation and reflection are
spoiled by the unexpected arrival of two neighbors and sisters
Mary and Loretta. The sisters become the catalyst for a tenderly
funny and unsentimental look at four lives in transition.
As a result, it turns out to be an unforgettable weekend and
all four learn much about themselves. The situation of the
Melville brothers is both humane yet humorous resounding the
upbeat, down trodden and mind boggling aspects of love. |
