JIANNINA
SALVETTI
Born in Melbourne, Jiannina
is a bilingual actress, who's been living in Romesince 1965. In 1982,
she co-founded the company "Societa' per attori" which runs
the Cometa theatre of Rome. There she performed in hugely successful
plays by Alan Ayckbourn: "Bedroom farce", "Confusions", "Just
between ourselves". She has twice performed at the Todi Festival
with "A room of one's own" by Virginia Woolf and
"Shirley Valentine" by Willy Russell. T.V. credits include
the series "Amico mio" and "Piccole speranze" with
Paolo Poeti ; "Pronto soccorso" with Francesco Massaro; and
Theatre with with Franca Valeri and Urbano Barberini in the show "Possesso" by
Abraham Yehoshua, directed by Toni Bertorelli.
